Morgan Littleton has been one of the most knowledgeable and lively students, over the years, in the history and political science classes of Dr Duncan R. Shaw, at Schiller International University\'s Madrid Campus. Though these two well-travelled \'citizens of the world\' have frequently disagreed, their debates and conversations -both during class and afterwards- have always been respectful, stimulating and enlightening. They enjoyed their \'intellectual fencing\' so much that they decided to write this book together.
